The Gajaba Regimental Centre organised a colorful Farewell Dinner Night on 21 of January for its proud members, Major General Lal Wijethunga (Rtd) RWP RSP USP the former Overall Sy Coordinator to the Chief of Defense Staff, Brigadier Nishantha Jayasundara (Rtd) RSP USP the former Director of Project Monitoring under UDA and Brigadier Jude Perera (Rtd) RSP USP the former Director, Management and Maintenance, Army Hospital.
As a part of rich tradition of the Regiment the Farewell Dinner Night was organised in a dignified manner in order to pay respect, gratitude and to apprecite their distinguished service rendered to the Gajaba Regiment, to the Sri Lanka Army and to the Country as a whole.
The Dinner Night was hosted by Commander of the Army and Colonel of the Regiment of Gajaba Regiment and attended by the President Army Seva Vanitha Unit and Gajaba Seva Vanitha Branch Madam Janaki Liyange, Members of the Regimental Council and their spouses, the Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant and gathering of Senior Officers along with their spouses.
