FELICITATION CEREMONY FOR THE NEWLY PROMOTED MAJOR GENERAL H R N FERNANDO RSP ndc
Major General H R N Fernando RSP, warmly welcomed by the Home of Gajaba, where he was accorded with a Ceremonial Parade at the Regimental Headquarters Parade square at 0900 hrs on 27 June 2017 in respect of his promotion to the rank of Major General.
Major General H R N Fernando RSP was warmly welcome by the Centre Commandant, Brig NR Lamahewage RWP RSP. Initially he inspected the guard turn out and tribute to late Maj Gen WIVKM Wimalarathne’s Statue. Thereafter he was accorded with the Ceremonial Parade at the Parade Square.
The occasion was marked with a All Ranks Tea party at the ORs’ Mess.
