The Admin Inspection Programme - 2019 got underway at the RHQGR, Home of Gajaba, Saliyapura in the presence of Maj Gen Shavendra Silva WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc, the Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army.
Remental Centre Commandant, Brig Harendra Peiris RWP RSP USP warmly welcomed him on his arrival at the Officers' Mess premises.
The day's pgm was began after welcoming of all Director Generals, Directors, and Staff Officers represented various Directorates and branches of AHQ. Then Chief of Staff emphasized the aims and objectives of the annual admin inspection before commencing the proceedings.
Towards the end the Chief of Staff was presented a special memento as a token of appreciation for his valuable presence and the pgm was concluded with a lunch at the Officers' Mess.
Director Generals, directors and Staff Officers of AHQ, Centre Comdt, Dy Comdt, units COs and Staff Officers of the Regimental Headquarters were also among the gathering.
