The 9th Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment, under the 211 Infantry Brigade conducted a maternity welfare programme in Janakapura on 26 May 2025, benefitting 161 expectant mothers. The program Initiated under the guidance of the Commander 211 Infantry Brigade and Supervision of the Commanding Officer.
The event aimed to promote maternal health and was generously sponsored by Ms. Chandani Bandara, Chairperson of 4rever Skin Naturals. Each mother received a maternity gift parcel, along with lunch and entertainment, creating a warm and supportive environment.
