10th Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment Celebrates Its 31st Anniversary

The 10th Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment celebrated its 31st anniversary on 07 January 2025. Under the guidance of the Commanding Officer Major Nishantha Weerathunga RSP, the anniversary celebration commenced with series of sport events and multi religious observances, transferring merits to fallen war heroes and religious blessings to the battalion's flag as well as its serving and retired members.

On 07 January upon arrival, the Commanding Officer was accorded a Guard Turnout, followed by a colourful ceremonial parade. Later, an All-Ranks lunch was held, where the Commanding Officer had a cordial interaction with members of the battalion.
