Timely Assistance Initiatives for ‘Ditwah’ Cyclone–Affected Gajaba Members

Under the guidance and leadership of the Colonel of the Regiment, together with the President of the Gajaba Seva Vanitha Branch, a comprehensive relief initiative was organized to support Gajaba Regiment members and their families affected by the devastation caused by Cyclone ‘Ditwah’. As part of this programme, emergency dry rations along with other essential requirements were distributed to 161 families across the Island.

The distribution activities were successfully carried out on 06,07 and 08 December 2025 in districts of Mullaitivu, Vavuniya, Puttalam, Kurunegala, Gampaha, Colombo, Kalutara, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Matale, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Kegalle, Ratnapura, Trincomalee, Badulla, Ampara, Hambantota and Matara with dedicated support and participation of Sub- Committee Members of Gajaba Seva Vanitha Branch in each district.
