Career Advancement Workshop program for the Junior Leaders of the Gajaba Regiment was held from 08 to 19 November 2024 under the guidance and the supervision of Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander of Security Forces (Jaffna), and Colonel of the Regiment of the Gajaba Regiment to sharpen and groom the future generation of Keterians Family.
There were three groups which consisted with Second Lieutenants, Lieutenants and the Captains who could participate the said program under three segments.
