Battalion Visits of the Colonel of the Regiment of the Gajaba Regiment

Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), and Colonel of the Regiment of the Gajaba Regiment visited to the 14th, 11(V), and 4th Battalions of the Gajaba Regiment on 16th November 2024. These visits aimed to foster unity, strengthen leadership, and reinforce the regimental values that define the Gajaba family.

The day began with a ceremonial Guard Turnout at the 14th Battalion, followed by a troop address, COs' briefing, camp tour, and a symbolic tree-planting ceremony. At noon, visited the 11(V) Battalion, featuring a Drive Pass, sapling planting, motivational troop address, COs' briefing, and a fellowship lunch at the Officers' Mess. The day concluded at the 4th Battalion, starting with blessings at Our Lady of Madhu Shrine, a formal Drive Pass, troop address, COs' briefing, camp tour, and a formal dinner at the Officers' Mess.
