THE CENTRE COMMANDANT MADE HIS INAUGURAL VISIT TO THE 3 ARMOURED REGIMENT

Brigadier A P C R Prematilaka RSP USP ndc, the Centre Commandant SLAC, visits the 3 Armoured Regiment on 15 January 2024.

The day's proceeding included a Guard Turnout, sapling planting, a Group Photograph, CO’s Briefing, troop address, All Rank Tea, and a Camp premises tour.

During the Troop Address, the Centre Commandant emphasis on soldiers' welfare beyond salary, meals and decent accommodation and financial management was highlighted.

In his visit, The Centre Commandant inspected construction progress of pre-fab building, kitchen standards, ration stores, and living areas.

The day's program concluded with an interaction session and lunch at the Officers' Mess.
