Lieutenant Colonel S D D Rasika Kumara psc SLAC assumed duties as the 3rd Commanding Officer of the 2 (V) Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock on 05 January 2024 at Karandeniya.
Ceremony began in accordance with military traditions and new Commanding Officer signed a formal document amidst the blessings of Maha Sangha.
