COLONEL T C HARASGAMA RSP ASSUMED DUTIES AS THE COMMANDANT OF ARMOURED CORPS TRAINING CENTRE

Colonel TC Harasgama RSP assumed duties as the 28^th Commandant of Armoured Corps Training Centre on 31 March 2021. At his arrival, a warm reception was made by the Officer Commanding Admin Squadron Maj R P K G Ranasinghe and honoured with ceremonial Guard Turnout at the main entrance.

After assuming duties Commandant planted a sapling to mark the significant occasion. Subsequently Commandant addressed all Ranks at the auditorium and during his address he emphasized the importance of discipline and modern training methods in order to fulfil the future requirements of the Armoured Corps. Commandant had an interaction with troops during the all Rank Tea. The day’s event was terminated with a camp visit.
