Armour Ladies visited the inmates of ‘Abhimansala III - Pangolla’, one of the Rehabilitation Centres of Sri Lanka Army on 15 January as the first event of year 2020.
With the commencement of the programme ladies interacted with differently abled war heroes and distributed gifts amongst all 37 inmates including 4 Officers. During their stay at the healing house, they made inquiries into their difficulties, different aesthetic skills and capabilities.
Then, they all actively involved in entertainment programme featured by ‘Cavaliers’. Finally, Armour Ladies Club donated an “Electric Key Board” to the Brave Hearts 3 Beat Group and provided a special lunch before the session being wind up.
Mrs Sheromi Liyanage the Vice President of Army Sewa Vanitha Unit cum President of Armour Ladies Club and its members, Colonel M S Devapriya USP - Centre Commandant Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, and number of officers were among the participants.
