A RELIGIOUS PROGRAMME ORGANIZED BY THE ARMOUR LADIES CLUB

Armour Ladies Club organized a Buddhist religious programme at the Rock House Camp premises on Friday, 04 May 2017 coincide with the Vesak Festival. The Bodhi Pujawa was the main event included in the religious programme in order to transfer merits to the souls of the fallen war heroes and invoke blessing on all serving Officers and Other Ranks of the Sri Lanka Army.

Commander – Security Forces Headquarters (West) and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Maj Gen S D T Liyanage WWV RWP ndc psc together with Mrs Sheromi Liyanage, members of Armour Ladies Club, Officers and Other Ranks of regiment were among the participants. Manioc Dansala was the other key event held soon after the Boodhi Pooja.
