As a part of their field formation visit, 224 Officer Cadets of the Sri Lanka Military Academy made an educational and inspiring visit to the 4 Armoured Regiment on 28 May 2024.
After an overnight stay at Clappenburg, Cadets had a comprehensive briefing on the history and operational achievements of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps and the 4 Armoured Regiment.
After receiving a comprehensive idea of the role of an Armoured Regiment in various operations at the Regiment's Training Arena, the Officer Cadets were given a live tank demonstration showcasing the tactical capabilities of Tanks.
The delegation of the SLMA left Clappenburg after their lunch at the Officers Mess.
