SRI LANKA ARMOURED CORPS INTER UNIT DRILL/PACE STICK COMPETITION – 2020

Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Inter Unit Drill/Pace Stick Competition 2020 was concluded at Armoured Corps Training Centre (ACTC) - Kalaththawa on 13 March 2020 under the supervision of the Regimental Headquarters Sri Lanka Armoured Corps.

5^th Reconnaissance Regiment SLAC was awarded as the Champions of Inter Unit Drill Competition while 1^st Reconnaissance Regiment became the 1^st runner up and 4 Armoured Regiment awarded with the 2^nd runner up of the competition.

4 Armoured Regiment SLAC won the 1^st place in the Inter Unit Pace Stick Competition while the 7(V) SLAC and 3^rd Armoured Regiment in the 2^nd and 3^rd places respectively.

Captain Isira Udugama (1 SLAC) won the trophy for the Best Commander of Inter Unit Drill Competition and Sargent Herath S D S (4 SLAC) won the trophy for the best Drill Instructor.

Colonel Sumith Devapriya USP the Centre Commandant SLAC graced the awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest and many senior officers were among the participants.
