OFFICERS’ TRAINING DAY HELD AT REGIMENTAL CENTRE - SLAC
Officers’ Training Day of second quarter 2017 was held at Rock House on 16 June 2017 organized by the Regimental Centre. The day’s programme commenced with PT followed by Sword Drill in the morning session. As next item of the day, Dr. Prabath Karunanayakea well-experienced Toastmaster and Advanced Communicator Gold level, delivered a lecture titled “Speak up and be heard, how to speak better†which immensely benefited the audience to improve their public speaking skills. In the afternoon, Brig C S N B Mudannayake (Retd) RWP USP psc delivered a well-received lecture titled “Major conflicts and events of destabilization taking place at present†which gave clear insight on how things unfold in current geopolitical spectrum.
