The 6 SLAC (Rft) Regiment Volleyball team emerged as champions of the Inter Unit Volleyball Championship of SLAC beating their rival, 7(V) SLAC at the Clappenburg court on 11 March 2023.
The First Runners Up, Second Runners Up, Best Player, Best Attacker, Best Setter and Best Libero of the championship were secured by 7(V) SLAC, 4 AR, Tpr Umandha HPN of 6 SLAC (Rft), L Cpl Jayawardhana JPD of 6 SLAC (Rft), L Cpl Illangasinghe GSP of 7(V) SLAC and Tpr Dilruksha SS of 7(V) SLAC respectively.
The Commandant ACTC, Colonel W A I S Mendis RSP USP extending his support to all Volleyball players, witnessed the final tussle as the Chief Guest of the occasion.
