Inter Unit Football Tournament 2022 organised by 6 Regiment (Rft)-Sri Lanka Armoured Corps was held on 27 & 28 July 2022 at the Public Playground, Morawewa. The Commandant-Armoured Corps Training Centre graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
SO 1 - Armd Bde, Commanding Officers of 4 SLAC & 5SLAC and officers of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps attended the event.
6 Regiment (Rft) emerged as the Champions while 5 Recce Regiment secured the runner-up and 4 Armoured Regiment became the 2nd runner-up. Cpl Anton Regee A of 6 SLAC (Rft) became the best player and L/Cpl Fernando URD of 6 SLAC (Rft) became the best goalie of the tournament.
