GENERALS’ TALK - SLAC

A rare yet treasured event during evening hours on Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps was unfolded as the “Generals’ Talk”. This session was chaired by Maj Gen SWM Fernando WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc, the Colonel Commandant - SLAC which was suggested by Maj Gen WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Adjutant General AHQ.

Attendees were fortunate and privileged enough to witness all Two- Star Generals of the corps presenting under one roof and each Major General spoke about their "Career highlights & Progression" , "Challenges faced & how they over came them" and concluding with some "inestimable take aways" for all serving Officers. They graciously shared their illustrious experiences of more than three decades of esteemed service. The session indeed was a great eye-opener and sheer motivation to all participants.

All partakers actively participated with the Q & A session and Commander Armoured Brigade delivered the vote of thanks.

Finally, all Officers gathered for the cocktail and dinner, marking the end of the day’s programme.
