As per the directions of the Colonel Commandant, ACTC, 3 AR, 4 AR, 6 SLAC (RFT) and 7 (V) SLAC organized the event with the intention of improve the knowledge, professionalism, event organizing skills of middle grade officers at the unit level and respective SFHQ AOR and widening the horizons of knowledge on Military strategic leader through professionalism and intellectualism.

Commandant ACTC and all officers attached to ACTC, SLAC middle grade officers under CO - 3 AR, 4 AR, 6 SLAC (RFT) and 7 (V) SLAC were participated for the event.

Colonel A H R Hasantha RSP psc - Commandant - ACTC, warmly welcomed the Colonel Commandant upon arrival and accompanied him for the Pre-Session, which was followed by the lecture. Lieutenant Colonel D M V M R Dissanayaka RWP RSP psc, CO 4 AR delivered the vote of thanks and finally, all gathered the after-session and dinner, marking the end of the day’s programme.
