CELEBRATING THE 69TH ANNIVERSARY WITH MULTI- RELIGIOUS BLESSINGS

In line with the 69th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, Multi- Religious Blessings Ceremony was held at the Home of Armour on 05 December 2024 with the presence of Quarter Master General, Army Headquarters and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, Major General M S Devapriya USP ndc together with Commander Armoured Brigade, Centre Commandant, Senior Officers/Officers and Other Ranks.

The Ceremony primarily aimed to bless the Corps on its 69th Anniversary, following Buddhist, Hindu, Catholic and Islam rituals. Further, merits were offered to honor fallen War Heroes and veterans, while blessings were invoked for disabled War Heroes, serving and retired members of the Corps and their families.
