Focusing on current economic crisis in Sri Lanka, Dr (Mrs) Harshini Bothota, the President Armour Ladies Club and the members had taken initiative to give away of essential items each worth of Rs. 5000.00 utilising the ladies welfare fund for deserving 100 pregnant ladies of the soldiers and civil employees of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps with the essential items that they need at the hospital for a newborn.
Give away of essential items were conducted at the respective unit’s premises and visited to homes by the Team Leaders with well wishes and blessings.
