4 Armoured Regiment conducted multiple community service activities on 16 April 2024.
Volunteered members of the unit donated much needed blood to the General Hospital - Trincomalee in the morning hours.
In the meantime, a book donation program was conducted on same day. During the event 47 book packs including the full requirement of stationary items for the study year were provided to all students from Grade 1 to 5 of the Vidyawardhane Vidyalaya, Morawewa. This goodwill activity was funded by Mr. Narada Samarasinghe, a Sri Lankan expatriate in Australia. Commanding Officer and representatives from the 4 Armoured Regiment were attended at the event.
