4 Armoured Regiment organised a traditional New Year festival to mark the upcoming Sinhala and Tamil new year on 06 April 2024 at Clappenburg with the participation of all ranks.
The day's programme commenced with the lightning of traditional oil lamp. The festival became more colourful owing to the games organized such as cross village running competition, pillow fighting, tug of war and many more.
The fun filled event which was organized to foster brotherhood and to ensure well-being of all ranks culminated with an all ranks lunch arranged at the “Gami Gedara”.
