The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch for the Year 2018 was held at the Conference Hall, Signal Regimental Centre during the morning hours on 17th February 2018.
As a key occurrence at the commencement of the AGM, the Chairperson of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs Arosha Wijesinghe appointed new committee bearers for the year 2018. During the meeting, the Chairperson admiringly mentioned the past activities that were successfully completed by the Signals Seva Vanitha Branch and explained her vision in achieving the desired goals and the prospects that is mainly aligning with further developing a closer relationship and regular interaction among all members. Subsequently the future events of the branch were scheduled with the suggestions and contributions of all the members. Most of the members contributed through a donation for the scheduled Abhimansala I and Anuradhapura hospital visit, which is scheduled to be conducted in the coming month.
At the latter part of the AGM, Dr. Ravindra Ranasingha Ph.D. (A.M), Researcher and Practitioner in Drama Therapy, delivered a lively session for ladies on Stress Management and Family Relationships that was attracted all memers.
