Artificial Limb Donation by Signal Seva Vanitha Branch on 07 August 2013
Signal Seva Vanitha Branch arranged a donation of an artificial limb to Sgm Weerapriya KHD of 7th Signal Regiment SLSC who got injured during the past humanitarian ops. The value of the artificial limb is Rs 53 000/= and it was donated by Ms Raveesha Fernando from her prize money of being the runners up at Juniors Badminton Championship 2011 in UK. The donation was coordinated by Maj BM Jayaweera psc SLSC and it was handed over by President of Signal Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Sandamali Abeysekera and Ms Raveesha Frenando on 07th August 2013 during a charming event arranged by Signal Seva Vanitha Branch at the Signal Officers' Mess Panagoda.
