Annual Elle tournament between classic regiments, reinforcement battalions and Signal Base Workshop was held as the Signals play ground in Army Cantonment Panagoda on 22 May 2013. Final of the game was played between 6th Signal Regiment and 9<sup>th</sup> Signal Regiment. After playing a decisive game, 6th Signal Regiment became the champions of the Tournament, while 9th Signal Regiment and 5<sup>th</sup> Signal Regiment secured the places of 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> Runners up respectively. Signal Regimental Centre Commandant Colonel DR Dharmasiri USP Hdmc graced the occasion as the chief guest.
