The Mercury House is a four-storeyed bungalow. The specialty in this architecture is that all the floors has its own separate entrance and connectivity to the main ground, thereby allowing separate four groups to occupy at the same time. The Ground Floor consists of a dormitory that facilitate 20 occupants. The 1st Floor comprises of three luxury bedrooms for overnight staying personnel and the 2nd Floor facilitates with a fully fledged sitting room, a dining hall, a TV lounge, a bar and a changing area with bathrooms especially to facilitate day outing personnel. The 3rd Floor is a super luxury suite with a roof top garden. All Officers and Other ranks (Serving and Retired) of Regular and Volunteer Force of Sri Lanka Army are eligible to accommodate in this bungalow. Mercury house is maintained by 7 SLSC.
