Sri Lanka Signal Corps colors are Dark Green, Dark Blue and Sky Blue, which are displayed on the flag of the Corps of Signals horizontally from bottom to top, covering the whole flag. On the flag itself, "Dark Green" represents the Signals involvement in all the aspects of land communication while "Dark Blue" and "Sky Blue" represent the maritime and aerospace communication respectively. In the center of the flag, insignia of the Corps of Signals "Mercury" is displayed keeping three colors in the background. The ultimate meaning of the flag emphasizes the possibility of signals communication in all around the world on ground, seas and air.
The motto of Sri Lanka Signal Corps is "Certa Cito" in Latin, the translation in English is "Swift and sure". This motto dignifies the Corps with the unique ability on providing reliable information quickly in all the fields of communication.
