Following the AGM, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SVB–SLSC), under the guidance of President Mrs. Ayesha Liyanage, held a heartfelt farewell ceremony on 20 July 2025 to honour five outgoing members for their remarkable service and contributions.
Those honoured were:
• Mrs. Nadeepa Asalaaratchi
• Mrs. Nimali Foseka
• Mrs. Udeni Jayasinghe
• Mrs. Kumari Dissanayake
• Mrs. Nilmini Samaranayake
Tokens of appreciation were presented to each member as a gesture of sincere gratitude for their commitment and dedication to the SVB–SLSC mission.
The farewell celebration featured a lively entertainment segment, complete with fun-filled games and team activities, creating an atmosphere of joy, laughter, and togetherness. These moments helped bid farewell in the most heartfelt and memorable way.
It was an occasion not only to reflect on meaningful service but also to celebrate the enduring friendships and team spirit that continue to define the SVB–SLSC community.
