Sri Lanka experienced floods from heavy rainfalls on May - June 2017. This remains the case in many parts of the country and efforts were taken place to help these people from the tri-services and other voluntary organizations. Members of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch made immediate effort to donate the needful to victims belong to the Corps of Signals in every part of the country. Chairperson of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs. Arosha Wijesinghe and senior members did the preliminary donation on 02nd June 2017 to the soldiers affected in Rathnapura District.
