NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDING OFFICER OF 2(V) SLSC ASSUMES DUTIES

The 10^th Commanding Officer of the 2^nd (Vol) Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps Lieutenant Colonel BP Udage USP SLSC assumed office as the new Commanding Officer on 19^th March 2021.

In accordance with military traditions, Lieutenant Colonel BP Udage USP SLSC reviewed the Guard Turnout on his arrival and given with the parade commanded by Second In Command Major HMGIUB Herath psc SLSC.

Subsequently newly appointed Commanding Officer symbolically signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment amidst religious observances.

Thereafter Troop address was conducted and he emphasized on maintaining the assets we have towards the future and the importance of obeying to rules and regulations of the Army. Then he was invited for All Ranks tea.
