The passing out of the Recruit Course No 27 was held at the Headquarters of 4th Signal Regiment Training School on 05th October 2013. 60 young recruits completed their basic military training course conducted from 18th March 13 to 05th Oct 13 and successfully passed out front of a large gathering of parents and kith's of the recruits. The Commanding Officer of the 1st Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps Lieutenant Colonel BWMJA Premadasa RSP graced the passing out as the Chief Guest and he was warmly welcomed by Maj AMT Amarakoon, the Overlooking CO of the 4th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps. During the event the Chief guest gave away trophies for the best recruit, best Shot and the fittest recruit. Maj WHMJ Wijerathne commanded the passing out parade and the passing out concluded with a stunning physical training and gymnastic display.
