SECURITY FORCES (WEST) HOSTS A LECTURE ON PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP

In parallel with the Training Day Programme, under the conceptual motive of Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Commander Security Forces (West), a lecture and practical sessions for the troops at Security Forces Headquarters (West), were conducted by Lieutenant Colonel G G M G De Siva ato under the theme of “Psychological Approach to Leadership” at the lecture hall of 4th Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery on 06 November 2024.

The training program was lined up with the well-attended lectures, encompassing various topics including the leadership qualities, leadership through the professionalism, and psychological aspects for military leadership. 11 Officers and 83 Other Ranks under the Security Forces Headquarters (West) ,together with troops from the Regimental Centers within the Army Cantonment, Panagoda, participated in the training session.
