PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR AFFECTED PEOPLE BY 61 INFANTRY DIVISION TROOPS

61 Infantry Division troops continued their emergency flood relief operations in Matara District. Meanwhile they conducted medical campaigns for affected people in Midellawala Temple at Midellawala GN Div ( 55 families) with the assistance of 02 x 08 1 SLAMC medical team and 01 x 08 9 SLSR troops on 13 Oct 2023.

On the directions of The General Officer Commanding, 61 Infantry Division, Major General RAJN Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc, , troops of 9 SLSR belongs to 613 Inf brigade providing assistance and relief works for displaced people.
