In parallel to the 74th Army Day celebration with the aim of developing harmony between the Army and the civilian population, on the direction of the Commander Security Forces Headquarters (West) under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding 14 Infantry Division under the close supervision of the Commander 141 Infantry Brigade with the commanding officer 6 Sri Lanka Artillery, a Shramadana Campaign was organized at the Wathupitiwala Government Hospital premises on 10 October 2023.
The troops of 6 Sri Lanka Artillery have contributed their utmost assistance for this noble task of cutting grass and removing unnecessary tree branches that had grown around the wards of the hospital premises. Senior officers and the troops of 6 SLA participated at the venue to make this event a success.
