The Lieutenant to Captain Promotion examination will be started on 05 June 2023. Prior to the examination, there was a refresher course has been scheduled from 23 to 26 May 2023 at the Regimental Headquarters of Sri Lanka Army Corps of Engineer Services lecture hall – Army Cantonment Panagoda.
The opening address was delivered by the Colonel General Staff of the Security Forces Headquarters (West) Colonel M B L Perera RSP USP psc and more than 50 candidates joined the course. Further, this refresher course has been designed to provide the candidates with a comprehensive review of all the topics they need to study prior to the Lieutenant to Captain Promotion examination – 2023.
Meanwhile, this programme was conducted as per the directions given by the Directorate of Training and as well as the close supervision of Security Forces Headquarters (West).
