In conjunction with the Annual Sports Meet of Boralesgamuwa Maha Vidyalaya, Army personnel of 7 Battalion Gemunu Watch and 14 Battalion Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment under 142 Infantry Brigade of Security Forces (West) extended their assistance by providing referees to the school in order to judge the sports events from 20 to 24 February 2023.
As per the directions given by the Commander Security Forces (West) and the General Officer Commanding of 14 Infantry Division, with the guidance of the Commander 142 Infantry Brigade, Army personnel have given their utmost assistance in response to the request made by the school authorities.
Similarly, the Army's contribution was closely supervised by the respective Commanding Officers.
