ARMY PERSONNEL ASSISTED TO RENOVATE A SCHOOL BUILDING

Upon the request made by the school authorities of Mara/Walakanda Maha Vidyalaya, Puhuwella – Matara, a school building has been renovated and plastered on 07 December 2022 with the assistance of the Army personnel of 3 (V) Battalion Gemunu Watch under 613 Infantry Brigade of Security Forces (West).

This project was launched on the instructions of the Commander 613 Infantry Brigade, Colonel K V I L Jayaweera USP, under close supervision of the Commanding Officer of 3 (v) Battalion Gemunu Watch.

Materials for the renovation process have been provided by the school.
