SECURITY FORCES (WEST) CONDUCTS WORKSHOP ON LEADERSHIP

On the direction of the Commander Security Forces (West) Major General D G S Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, Security Forces Headquarters (West) Organized a one day leadership workshop on 14 December 2021 at Barnhouse Studio (Hirana), adhering to the COVID 19 health guidelines.

The Commander Security Forces (West) Major General D G S Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu and Second in Command of 1 SF Maj S M N K B Senevirathna RWP RSP psc conducted the workshop covering some significant factors which are pertaining to the leadership, such as Level of leadership, Power of leader, leadership and management, influencing methods and some salient factors on team building. Including Case Studies, Group discussions and practical sessions.

The Project Officer Brig T C L Ganepola RWP RSP psc, Colonel General Staff Col M B L Perera RSP USP psc of Security Forces Headquarters ( West), General Staff Officer 1 (Exam/Trg sp) of Directorate of Training Lt Col K P D C Wijewardana RSP USP psc, a cross section is consisted with Officers and Other Ranks of each battalion under command to the Security Forces (West), Staff Officers of Security Forces Headquarters (West) attended for this workshop and got the invaluable knowledge pertinent to the leadership.
