Troops of the 61 Division in Galle distributed packs of essential dry rations, along with sanitizers and face masks to a few selected temples in the area on Tuesday (22).
Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe, General Officer Commanding (GOC) 61 Division also joined troops for distribution of those relief items, adhering to health guidelines.
A couple of friends and well-wishers of the GOC contributed towards this project at his request.
