The newly-established welfare canteen inside the 14 Division HQ premises in Colombo 2 was opened by Major General A.S Ariyasinghe, General Officer Commanding, 14 Division during a brief ceremony on Friday (6).
It was a long-felt need for the troops in the 14 Division Headquarter.
