Under the guidance of Major General Mahinda Mudalige, Commander Security Forces - West (SF-WEST) a workshop on ‘Current Affairs’ for Officers who are supposed to sit for the Captain to Major Promotion examination, was held at the RHQ - SLE on 17 and 18 February 2020.
The workshop was Conducted by Lt Col Nalin Herath, G1 (Coord) - 14 Division. 56 officers who are supposed to sit for the Captain to Major Promotion examination attended the Workshop. The programme was designed to improve knowledge on Current Affairs focusing the promotion examination to be held in near future.
