A group of 38 Officer Cadets under training at Diyatalawa Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) as part of their familiarization module arrived at the Security Force Headquarters – West (SFHQ-West) on Sunday (9).
Major Amila Gamage, General Staff Officer II (Training) at SFHQ-West on the instructions of Major General Mahinda Mudalige, Commander, Security Forces - West presented the role and tasks of the SFHQ-West along with a brief history of it.
At the end of the lecture, those visiting Cadet Officers awarded a memento to mark their visit.
Brigadier Uditha Bandara BGS- SFHQ (West) , senior Officers, and Staff Officers of the SFHQ – West participated in the event.
