Brigadier (Retired) Jacques Lemay, the Regional Armed and Security Forces Delegate and Mr. Channa Jayawardena, Armed and Security Forces Officer of the ICRC met Major General Sathyappriya Liyanage, Overall Operations Commander (Western Province and Puttalam District) on 30th May 2019 at the HQ OOC at Panagoda.
The delegates exchanged views on the lessons learnt during the Armed Forces response to the current security situation.
