A five storied building which is going under construction at Ahangama has collapsed on Monday (18) mid noon. Troops of the 16 (V) Gamunu Watch serving under 58 Division of Security Force Headquarters - West promptly rushed to the area and engaged in rescue and evacuation operations together with the police, Air Force and general public.
