The Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Crisanthe De Silva visited the landslides in Pahiyangala, one of the worst-affected remote areas in the Kalutara District, Friday (02) morning together with Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Force– West and Officer-in-charge of overall Rescue and Relief Operations.
During the visit the Commander of the Army addressed the troops who are currently engage in relief activities and gave instructions for further impending works and activities.
