The foundation stone-laying ceremony of the new Officers\' Mess of the Security Force Headquarters-West (SF HQ-West) was held at the Kendalanda Married Quarters premises on Thursday (28), fulfilling a long-awaited requirement of the officers serving at the SF HQ-West.\r\n\r\nMajor General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SF HQ-West laid the foundation-stone at the auspicious minute amidst religious observances.\r\nThe proposed new complex will be comprised of 12 rooms, officers dining area and other facilities.\r\n
