58 Division Coincide Training Day Programme With Christmas Spirits
Troops of 58 division serving under the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ-West) conducted different activities including several educational presentations, Dinners Club activities together with Christmas celebrations on account of the training day programme under the supervision of Major General Kavinda Gunawardana, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 58 Division on Tuesday (21).
In the meantime, visiting Lecturer Mr. Vijaya Dissanayake made a presentation on International Relations focusing ISIS Terrorists while ASP Saman Sigera made a presentation on Civil Law & order.
Afterwards, Lieutenant Colonel Pradeep Jayasooriya lectured on Stress management.
A total of 58 Officers from different formation and sub headquarters serving under the 58 Division participated in the training progarmme.
Meanwhile, evening session of the day’s programme comprised of Dinners Club and Christmas Celebration events were held 7 p.m. onwards headed by Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, SFHQ -West at Hotel Hikka.
Officers with their spouses and kids attended in the session.
