SFHQ - West Troops Help Organize Dry Food Distribution
Troops of 3 (V) Gemunu Watch (GW) of the 581 Brigade serving the 58 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ - West) carried out a social service programme, together with members of the \"United Nations Club\" of Ladies College, Colombo and St. Thomas College, Mount Lavinia on Saturday (14) at the Kudagalahena Primary School, Matara.\r\n\r\nA total of 64 low-income families of Pitabeddara Divisional Secretariat received LED solar lamps and a pack of dry food items as incentives during this programme.\r\n\r\nOfficers of 3 (V) GW including the Commanding Officer Major J. W. K. Gamage and other ranks participated in the programme.
